Job Summary:
Vanworks is seeking a Van Technician to join our van-building team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a fast-growing company building high-quality adventure vans.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the build-out and assembly of custom camper vans
  • Install components such as electrical systems, cabinetry, insulation, and accessories
  • Use hand and power tools to complete various stages of the build process
  • Follow build plans and quality standards to ensure consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Basic experience with hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18-25 per hour (based on experience)
