Job Description:

As a Retail Automotive Sales Associate at Vanworks, you will play a key role in driving sales of our aftermarket van and auto accessories. Your responsibilities will include educating customers about our product offerings, assisting them with their inquiries via phone and email, and effectively scheduling appointments. You will be instrumental in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience that aligns with our commitment to quality and service.

Key Requirements:

• Strong desire to work in the automotive industry
• Automotive knowledge required (makes, models, parts, etc.)
• Driven and highly motivated, focused on increasing sales 
• Be able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box
• Maintain organizational skills to manage inventory
• Good phone and scheduling skills
• Handle customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Proactive mindset
• Communicate effectively with vendors

Schedule:

• 8 hr shift – 5 days per week
• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• 30 minute lunch
• 2x 15 min breaks

Pay:

• Starting at $21 per hour 
• Monthly bonus opportunities
